Dragon Fruit

This is a Dragon Fruit.  I saw it at the Farmers’ Market and bought it because it looked spectacular and I had never tried one.

TLDR – don’t bother.  Like many exotic fruit, looks good tastes of not much.  Sort of giant very expensive kiwi fruit.
