Fourth day of Mousemas – a new bed

Amber here.  I must say I am very impressed with our humans today.  I have mentioned that R got us (well me actually but Saphy steals it sometimes) a little bed for near the radiator in his office.  Well M surpassed him today – I have been sleeping on a dining room chair in her office, and whilst it is ok, it is not anything like as warm or comfy as upstairs.

What a surprise when I popped in to her office with a food order this afternoon.  Gone was the useless “craft table” which was frankly only a distraction from the more important task of tending to cat needs – and in its place was a lovely new bed.  Soft, cosy, and right along the radiator which is super warm.  It is even plenty big enough for both of us.  It looks a bit small for a human though, so it will strictly be cats only.

Thank you M – we will really enjoy sleeping on it during the Christmas period and on into the new year.  Perhaps we could have a duvet for it tomorrow please?
