Royal Oak

I gathered these acorns at Sandringham and am going to plant them.  Hopefully they will grow into huge oak trees which will be around long after we are all forgotten.

The other things are fossils from Hunstanton, a pine cone from Ely and a walnut from Walsingham.  The small wrinkled up things are from a sweet chestnut burr which I carried back from Sandringham as well, but I don’t think the seeds are ripe enough to sprout.
