Lots of Baking

It is the Cupar Flower and Craft show on Saturday.  I finished my craft stuff a few days ago (I have been working on it in odd moments for months now) – but the baking mostly needed to be done close to the day as a lot of it is not optimal frozen (to be absolutely honest I should have done some of this weeks ago but didn’t).

Normally I am a bit slapdash about quantities and oven temperatures, but for this special occasion I am doing everything by the book (Mary Berry’s Baking Bible book to be specific).  So some strange ingredients which we do not normally see have crept into the house.  Full fat milk!
