Waterlilies

We have three small ponds in our back garden.  One of them I call the “secret pond” because it was so overgrown we didn’t know it was there and I found it by nearly falling into it.

Compared to the pond we had at Donich Lodge (which was about 15m) across, the ponds are small but they are crammed with water plants and invertebrate life.  I am wondering whether next spring there will be any frogs.

Anyway, what there are at the moment is waterlilies, one red one fully out, and two more which look to be pink on the way.
