A lovely day today

Red sky in the morning is supposed to be Shepherd’s warning.  I’m not sure why because where I come from sheep pretty much have to be waterproof.  Anyway, we had a spectacular red sky this morning, but all the sheep were quite safe because it turned into a nice day.

I went for my first real ride on my own on my new bicycle – along the path by the side of the River Eden.  I even went back along the road and (briefly) dared the A911.
