Focaccia

R’s sister bought me a kit for making a “Garden Focaccia” for my birthday. I made it today and it turned out really well.

Note the perfect crumb structure beloved of Paul Hollywood.

It looks even better with some Italian bean casserole and pesto chicken strips.

J told me that I could put a lemon half on his plate for the photo as long as I was sure to get rid of it afterwards.
