Saphy at rest
I went upstairs to put the laundry away and was surprised to see this.

To illustrate why I was surprised, here is a paraphrase of a famous Bible story. When Jesus was a boy his parents lost him in Jerusalem. In a panic they searched everywhere, and eventually found him in the Temple. When queried, he replied “Did you not know I would be in my Father’s house?” I have always felt that Joseph would have been entitled to give his son a clip around the ear for his behaviour – but I digress. The point I was going to make is that Saphy’s answer to that would be “Did you not know that I would be sleeping in the pile of clean laundry?”
But on this occasion, she wasn’t. She was on my freshly changed bed.
