Yorkshire Puddings

I have never had much luck with Yorkshire Puddings.  My mum made them (pre-fan oven) when I was a child, and they would always be brilliant until someone important was coming for dinner, at which point they would turn out like miniature sponge cakes.  Then fan ovens came along, and from that point Yorkshires were never the same – somehow they didn’t have the instant punch that the conventional oven supplies.

But now the combination of the brilliant new Neff oven and Mary Berry’s brilliant recipe has scored big time.  These are the most risen Yorkshires I have ever seen – and they tasted wonderful too.
