Book of Kells

My Mum and brother N brought me a reproduction Book of Kells from Dublin (where they had just seen the real thing) for my birthday.

It is a most incredible reproduction – really enables you to see the skill, patience and artistry which the monks used to create it.

I am going to get a stand for it and display it in the hall under my reproduction of the Castlebank stained window from the Auld Kirk.
