Empty Table

All the craft items and the more durable items went over to the Corn Exchange this evening.  Apparently when this building opened in 1862 it was not a roaring success either for business or pleasure because of poor vehicular access.  It is just the same now – no car park and double yellow lines outside.  The only other option is to reverse park by the side of the A91 right by the roundabout – wild horses would not make me do that.  So R parked in the taxi rank and J and I carried the stuff in.

Then we went and helped shop in Lidl for the food for the show. There was a lot of this and we had to load it in the car and carry it up and down steps.

When we had finished the dining room table, which had looked like this.

Now looked like this.

“Fly my pretties! Fly!”
