R’s new coffee station

R has been very mysterious over the last few days about something he was getting.  I thought it might be a new computer powerful enough to run a local AI on, or even an EV sports car for him to have for his very own, but in fact it was something a bit cheaper, but still close to his heart.

A fancy coffee machine with its own mobile table – the idea is to be able to make drinks like flat whites (of which we are both very fond).

He made a sample expresso for me and it was very good (and extremely strong), but as ever with high end coffee, to me it was on the cool side.  And yes, I do know that it is supposed to be like that, but I still like it piping hot.  So I would have to add boiling water or sling it in the microwave for 30 seconds.
